Die klinische Untersuchung von PF-06741086 wird mit Studie
B7841003 fortgesetzt, einer langfristigen Studie zur Sicherheit,
Verträglichkeit und Wirksamkeit von PF-06741086 im Rahmen einer
kontinuierlichen 6-monatigen Behandlung. Das primäre Ziel der Studie
B7841003 ist die Beurteilung der Sicherheit und Verträglichkeit einer
langfristigen (bis zu 365 Tage), kontinuierlichen Prophylaxe mit
unter die Haut verabreichtem PF-06741086 (Prüfmedikament). Das zweite Ziel ist die Beurteilung der klinischen Wirksamkeit auf der Grundlage der
Häufigkeit von Blutungen.
Sicherheitsdaten, einschliesslich behandlungsbedingter Unerwünschter Ereignisse/Nebenwirkungen und
Labortest-Abweichungen werden während der gesamten Studie geprüft,
um die PF-06741086-Behandlung auf sämtliche unerwartete Risiken
zu überwachen.

Criteria for participation in trial

1. Nachweis einer persönlich unterzeichneten und datierten
Einwilligungserklärung, aus der hervorgeht, dass der
Studienteilnehmer (oder ein rechtlich anerkannter
Vertreter/Eltern/Vormund) über alle studienrelevanten
Aspekte informiert wurde.
2. Männer 18 und < 75 Jahren.
3. Body Mass Index (BMI) 17,5 und 30,5 kg/m² und
Gesamtgewicht 50 und 100 kg. a. Für Heranwachsende muss der BMI 14 kg/m2 sein und das Gesamt Körpergewicht muss 30 kg sein
4. Diagnose einer schweren Hämophilie A oder B (FVIII- oder
FIX-Aktivität 1 %).
Exclusion criteria

1. Frauen.
2. Bekannte Erkrankung der Koronararterien oder
thrombotische oder ischämische Erkrankung.
3. Bekannte Blutgerinnungsstörung mit Ausnahme von
Hämophilie A oder B.
4. ATIII-, Protein C- oder Protein S-Mangel, Faktor-V-Leiden-
Träger, Prothrombin 20210-Mutation oder andere bekannte
pro-thrombotische Erkrankung.
Inclusion/Exclusion Criteria

Inclusion Criteria:
- Severe hemophilia A or B (Factor VIII or Factor IX activity = 1%)
- Subjects enrolled as Factor VIII or Factor IX inhibitor patients must have a positive
inhibitor test result (above the upper limit of normal) at the local laboratory and
must receive a bypass agent as primary treatment for bleeding episodes.
- Episodic (on-demand) treatment regimen prior to screening
- At least 6 acute bleeding episodes during the 6-month period prior to screening
Exclusion Criteria:
- Known coronary artery, thrombotic, or ischemic disease
- Concomitant treatment with activated prothrombin complex concentrate
