Die koronare Herzkrankheit ist die häufigste Todesursache in Europa und in den USA. Jedoch können Komplikationen der koronaren Herzkrankheit wie Herzinfarkt oder plötzlicher Herztod durch frühzeitige Therapien vermindert und verhindert werden. Die Erkennung von Durchblutungsstörungen am Herzen und damit einer koronaren Herzkrankheit ist deshalb eine äusserst wichtige Aufgabe in der kardiovaskulären Medizin.
Zu diesem Zweck werden nicht-invasive Untersuchungen wie Belastungs-EKG, Stress-Echokardiografie, Myokardperfusions-Szintigrafie oder Herz PET/CT durchgeführt. Die Myokardperfusions- Szintigrafie ist gut verfügbar, minimal invasiv und günstiger im Vergleich zur Herz PET/CT oder zur Koronarangiografie. Leider ist bisher eine Quantifizierung der Herzdurchblutung mittels Myokardperfusions- Szintigrafie nicht möglich. Diese würde jedoch die Genauigkeit dieses Verfahrens deutlich erhöhen, ähnlich wie bei der Herz PET/CT, welche jedoch teurer und weniger verfügbar ist. Im Rahmen unserer Studie möchten wir die Durchführbarkeit und Genauigkeit der Quantifizierung der Herzdurchblutung durch eine Myokardperfusions-Szintigrafie zur Erkennung einer Durchblutungsstörung am Herzen untersuchen. Die Studie wird im Rahmen der geltenden Gesetzte und international anerkannten Grundsätze durchgeführt.Im Rahmen der Studie wird jeder Patient über 2 Tage zur Erkennung einer Durchblutungsstörung am Herzen untersucht. Am ersten Tag wird zuerst eine Herz PET/CT durchgeführt, gefolgt von einer niedrigdosierten quantitative Myokardperfusions- Szintigrafie nach Stress. Am folgenden Tag wird eine quantitative Myokardperfusions- Szintigrafie in Ruhe durchgeführt, ebenfalls mit einer niedrigen Strahlenbelastung.

- V.a. koronare Herzkrankheit
- Alter >18 Jahre
- Untersuchung aus klinischen Indikationen, vom behandelnden Arzt angefordert.
Critères d’exclusion

- Allergie gegen KM und/oder Adenosin
- Bekannte koronare Herzkrankheit
- Niereninsuffizienz (GFR<30 ml/min)
Inclusion/Exclusion Criteria

Inclusion Criteria:
- Referral to non-invasive nuclear ischemia test as part of clinical care
- Suspected coronary artery disease based on clinical symptoms
- Informed Consent as documented by signature
Exclusion Criteria:
- Pregnancy
- Allergy against adenosine
- Allergy against iodinated contrast medium
- Recent myocardial infarction (<1 month)
- Previous history of coronary revascularization
- Severe asthma
- Thyroid hyperfunction
- atrioventricular block (AV) Block > I grade
- Arrhythmic cardiopathy
- Weight >101 Kg.
- Acute or chronic renal impairment defined as Serum-Creatinine: above 1.5x upper limit
of normal (ULN) and/or glomerular filtration rate (GFR) < 30 ml/min
- Inability to follow the procedures of the study, e.g. due to language problems,
psychological disorders, dementia, etc. of the participant,
- Participation in another study with investigational drug within the 30 days preceding
and during the present study,
- Enrolment of the investigator, his/her family members, employees and other dependent
persons,
- Claustrophobia
- Intake of caffeine <24 Hours before the first day of examination
- Enrolment into another study using ionizing radiation within the previous 12 months.
